Innovation journeys are usually challenging and failure comes as part and parcel of it. Dr. Jagdish Chatruvedi has learnt the art of laughing at his own failures and goes an extra mile to share it with others, making others laugh at it. By this he draws courage to try again even if he fails. He believes that if his initiative succeeds, then it’s an ‘innovation’; but if it fails, then it’s an ‘input’ to his comedy show to get everyone to laugh.
