Your talk doing the work is eXtraOrdinary

“Your work doing the talk is ordinary; Your talk doing the work is extraordinary.” – Naveen Lakkur

There are three kinds of people.
1) Those who only talk and do nothing.
2) Those who let their work do the talking.
3) Those who talk and get the universe to move and make it happen.

Mahatma Gandhi announced plans and convince people to walk along, be it non-violent protests or marches. He taught people that to complete great tasks, they must act on their convictions instead of falling prey to leisure and laziness. He won over his enemies and earned the respect of millions of Indians through his words.

When Elon Musk started work on SpaceX and Tesla, he was discouraged. He negotiated his way out of obstacles and bottlenecks to complete projects while leading innovation, development, testing, and the launch. He avoided chains of command in his companies and encouraged employees to communicate with him directly. His words were enough for people to take up challenging projects and expedite completion.
