Hello!
While it is difficult to watch your loved ones suffer through sickness, news of a personal tragedy will hit you like a train, turning your well-structured life upside down. You must take time to mourn the loss, appreciate the time you spent with that person, and get to work.
Tough things happen, but work is constant. You must overcome stress and take care of your mental health. Eat and drink healthy, express your loss, accept that life has to change, thank the universe for all the gifts, and then move on. I believe that a good leader will rise despite personal tragedies and failures.
This edition features articles on how leaders handle and deal with failure, and the Innovation Paradox section will get you thinking about the power of your own brain. I also hope the Spark will inspire you to pursue your goals despite fear of failure and personal tragedies.
